We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. Please verify your selected design, shape, length, and nail sizes carefully before completing checkout.

Because press-on nails are personal cosmetic items worn directly on natural nails, health regulations prevent us from accepting returned or exchanged sets under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing correct nail measurements. Refer to our Size Guide before purchasing, as we cannot issue exchanges or refunds for sets ordered in incorrect sizes.
